Course Description:
This course faces the undergraduate motor-oriented professional students to teach them the basic electric-magnetic design concepts and related methods. The physical meaning of the formula and engineering significance application of electromagnetic parameters are also introduced during the lecture. The main ideas and the engineering design method have also been put out. The main purpose of this course is making the students understand and master a variety of key issues in the electrical design, in order to design the induction motors, DC motors, transformers, synchronous the four major types of motor independently. At the same time, the students also can program the electric motor design calculation by using the senior program language. Then we should grasp the basic technology of finite element method to analyze motor problem.

電機學課程面向電氣工程全系的本科生開課,是平臺課中最重要的課程之一,也是學生們學習后續(xù)專業(yè)課的基礎(chǔ)。課程主要講授常見的幾個機種電機的基本原理、結(jié)構(gòu)和運行特性,重點使學生了解電機的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究熱點、發(fā)展趨勢及前沿應用;熟悉和掌握常見電機問題的基本計算方法和實驗技能;了解常用的微特電機的基本原理和主要特點等。
課程主要包括概論及應用介紹、變壓器、直流電機、交流繞組、感應電機、同步電機和其他常用的微特電機介紹。本課程考試成績采用累加式,包括期末筆試、平時測評和作業(yè)三部分。
另外,需要學生們獨立完成四個驗證性實驗和計算機仿真,成績單獨計算。
Course Description:
Electric Machinery is one of the most important courses to all the students in Electrical Engineering Department, which is a knowledge foundation of the latter specialty lessons such as Motor Design, Motor Control, Power System and Electrical Driving System. In this course, several commonly used electric machines are introduced about their working principle, basic structure and running characteristics. After finishing the lesson students should know the theoretical foundation, advanced studies, tendency and applications of the above electric machines, be familiar to the basic calculation and test methods of ordinary motor problems, and have some knowledge of commonly used small and special motors.
The course includes introduction, DC motors, transformers, induction motors, synchronous motors and some small and special motors. The grade consists of three parts: examination at the end of semester, daily performance and home works.
And, four tests and computer aided simulations should be completed by the students themselves, which grades are considered separately.
